Ryne is a Registered Dietitian, cast iron whisperer, and sourdough romantic who considers his starter a member of the family. Armed with a degree in nutrition and culinary arts, he’s on a mission to make food that’s fresh, wholesome, and so good it makes you emotional. When he’s not cooking or counseling, he’s probably talking to his starter, reorganizing his spice drawer for the 12th time, or lounging with his husband and their elderly dog in Northern California.
